The Legitimacy Of The Local Educational Administration Research

"Administration by Law" is a modern educational administration activity trend and basic demand .It is the only way to promote the healthy development of the cause of education. The main target of local educational administration is basic education, basic education occupies an important position in our national education. China is a state of law, it is significant to regulate local educational administration, strengthen education legislation and strictly enforce the law, strengthen supervision and enhance the efficiency of local educational administration, create a clean, efficient, authoritative and capable educational administration organization. So the legitimacy of research on local educational administration is particularly important.This thesis is on the basis of the full absorption of the existing research results on this relevant theory. With the policy, legal texts and cases materials related to major research, using historical methods, investigation methods, comparison methods, text analysis and case analysis methods, I investigate the legitimacy of our local educational administration, and draw some preliminary conclusions according to the findings of the study.There are five parts in this thesis. The part of introduction is to clarify the significance of the selection of subject, research purposes, the present situation of the study, research methods and the frame of the thesis. I talk about education administrative characteristic and educational administration operating mechanism in the first chapter. Chapter II is mainly about legal authority basis for local educational administration, including legitimacy meaning, and the main law which the local educational administration consults, I analyze the main problems on local educational administration and reasons for it. Finally I discuss the related measures and advice on our local educational problems.
