The efficacy of Chinese education is both obvious and hidden. To promote students' non-intelligent factors is the hidden efficacy and it is also one of the intensions of the quality education. Since the hidden efficacy is invisible and its stage forming features are not obvious, it is often ignored by both teachers and students, which causes learning barrier.Through investigation and study, through a great deal of related materials which have been synthetically analyzed, We find that those non-intelligent factors affecting Chinese teaching and learning and causing learning barrier are as follows: the lack of interest, the lack of will, bad habit and bad motivation. Therefore, to explore some key problems and laws of cultivating learners' non-intelligent factors and operating factors of implementing quality education in Chinese teaching by analyzing the causes of the above mentioned four aspects and its expression in Chinese learning, together with theoretical requirements for cultivating students' non-intelligent factors and studies of some teaching practice is the main concern of the paper. It will help to improve the effect of Chinese education and to seek the new method of Chinese education.
