Problem consciousness refers to the kind of state of mind in which one is full of questions while thinking. The students realize some difficult problems that are hard to solve in their study, then get puzzled, they want to make a thorough inquiry. This makes them think actively. They constantly, put forward questions, analyze them and at last solve them. In this way, the students improve themselves a lot. Developing the students' problem consciousness is the need of improving their survival ability. It is also the need of improving their creative spirit and adapting to the educational reform. But in our country, the students' problem consciousness is rather weak and their creative spirit is not strong either. We should analyze this in two aspects: teaching and learning. Generally speaking we can due this mainly to the lack of teachers and the laziness of students. In face of this kind of reality, in order to develop the students' problem consciousness, first the writer deal with it in teaching. The writer thinks as a teacher we should help the student shift their concept first, and make them want to ask; teach them method of thinking and make them know how to ask; adapt various teaching method and make them willing to ask; pay attention to skills of asking questions and make them good at asking; develop the students' habit and make them dare to ask; pay attention to lead in the process and make them ask frequently. In this order, the writer write about her opinion and what she has learned from work. At last, the writer make suggestions on how to develop the students' problem consciousness from the following aspects: improving the relationship between teachers and students; creating pleasant teaching environment; developing the students' character; paying attention to teaching method creating the best educational atmosphere. Following the rules of designing questions to achieve the goal of being strict, having plans and having effect. Only achieving the goals above, can we develop the students' problem consciousness improve their creative spirit and ability, and make a contribution to developing creative persons needed by the new times.
