Metacognition theory, reponted by Flaweel ? J ? H, a famous American phychologist in the 1970s, is one of the most important phychogy theories.It is concerned with cognitive process and adjustment.That is to say it is involved in self awareness and self adjustment during the study process. In recent decates, phychologists and edueators at home and abroad have made tudies and based on that, they salf students ditfer muchin cognitive ability and quality as a result of different metacognitive levels. So it is helpful for students to learn to study while they have cognitive ability.And you know metacognitive researeh has become a hot topic of cognitive phychology. The research result is putting into application quite soon. My essay focuses on how the teacher to build up students' metacognitive arrangement ability in Chemistry learning ang teaching.based on my study on students' cognitive ability. Students' learning abilities have been improved and hence they are more capable of learning chemistry.
