Study Of Student Management Regulations

General management is the one running the routine regulation and institution .Running school by working out the school rules is a basic way of controlling the students, which is of significance to keep the normal teaching order ,develop the students' morality and their behavior ,and promote their socialization. But the rigid rules have some negative effect on the students' free development and individual cultivation ,which also lead somebody to criticize and rethink it .With the development of management theory and the practice of educational reform, it increasingly emphasize on the "people oriented". Whether it can keep the people oriented has become a criterion judging whether it is modernized or not .Innovation is the soul of a nation and also the endless drive of its development and prosperity ,but developing the innovative spirit needs to have the innovative institution. School rules , as the main institution of running school , should be innovated to keep up with the times and meet the students' development .We should change the situation which intensifies the regulation and institution and seek rationality too much .We also should change the situation of over centralized and too rigidly controlled management. We should create the management atmosphere which is helpful to the students' independent development .By combining the limitation of the external discipline with the students' self-restriction,and referring to some documents of school rule ,taking T Middle School as the example and using the method of case study, the paper systematically looks into the school's body ,literal structure ,the value and the effectiveness of the school rules. In the last part of the paper ,it proposes that building the school rules under the concept of people oriented ,we should take "man's nature is good at birth" as the prerequisite ,and guarantee the aim of free development ,keep the way of form by dialogue ,and seek the balance between right and duty so as to ensure and enhance the students' development.
