This research described a story about growth of a learning community in which the kindergarten tyro teachers consisted mainly and the researcher participate all the way. It demonstrated the process of construction and development of the learning community in detail ,and analyzed the related problems as well as reasons that the learning community might encounter on its ongoing way , and discussed the factors which effect the development of the learning community.With the method of narrative research ,the research attempt to use the core concept with "identity identification" ,and explained various phenomenon in which the researcher and practitioners in the learning community start from strange to familiar ,from exclusive towards dependent and from part to integration. After describing ,explaining and analyzing the phenomenon of "identity identification" in each stage of the learning community ,the researcher further discussed and revealed the influential factors to the growth of the learning community on the whole and put forward that maintaining proper heterogeneity of the members 'composition has the foundational meaning to the development of the learning community. The study view of the members is the deep reason to influent growth and development of the learning community. Electing the sense of words transference for the members is a necessary factor to ensure the development of the learning community. Finally, the researcher still point out that the inner and outer support from the learning community are the strong guarantee to the growing of the learning community.This study wish to further rich research of the learning community which is widely concerned currently, and be good for carrying out constructive work of the learning community and assist the professional growth of kindergarten teachers , meanwhile to exert an active promoting effect to the efficient collaboration between researchers and practitioners.
