Transformation means the overall transformation of the society, namely the transition from the traditional society to the modem society. At present, the transformation of our country is confined to the reforms of the economic system and the political system, which can't meet the social development. The course of transformation is the course of the reform. Say in terms of the new institutional economics, the reform is the course of institutional changes, and the replacement the old system of new system. Here, transformation, the reform, institutional changes is the concepts of three different but close connections, the same and more inalienable course.All questions of transformation are launched around the interests, the interests are the starting point of making the transition, terminal point and home that transformation at the same time, it makes the so-called transformation to be actually the transformation of interests, the so-called reform is revitalization and distribution of interests. So, the essence that our country transformation is that interests based on system changes make the transition, it is interests another division, association among different interests colony. Rounding the changes of the interests, the old social pattern has been broken, the new pattern has already dimpled the embryonic form too, but this embryonic form can not be satisfactory, because it still has problems in the division of the benefit, need to be continue improving. Institution born for interests, it certainly can be changed for interests too. Since our country's present institution has made some people discontent, certainly we can pass the change of the institution, meet people's interests demand through institution innovation.This text has synthetically used the relevant theory of economics, political science, psychology and sociology transformation from four respects to our country interests of period. It carries on to be comparatively deep analysis to improve, especially interests' structure, interests contradictions of period have been analyzed especially to transformation. Through the comparison by the changes of interests during reform, we can be clear that the basic reason of our country interests adjustment and interests contradiction is -The choice of the national development strategy and the choice of the changes route of the institution.As to how to solve the contradictions of interests which are at the present stage, I disagree the view of limiting or weakening of government's power, the interests contradiction of our country can be alleviated through setting up interests coordinating mechanism taking government as the leading factor. Though the interests contradiction cannot be solved completely, the country can control the interests conflict within the specific limits which can keep its' legitimacy. Looking forward to the future, I think we can make coordinating mechanism of the interests more perfect, set up and develop the harmonious society, which is fairly, just and common development.
