The traditional view of mathematics education in our country attach importance to teaching result, however, the teaching efficiency has been neglect. The achievement of examination has been concerned excessively in the aspect of teaching and learning evaluation. The new standard of curriculum stipulated that the aim of math teaching has many levels and aspects. The aim is difficult to get only by teachers and students put more time and energy mechanically. We have to consider this issue from the point of teaching intention to enhance the mathematics teaching efficiency. Therefore, enhancing mathematics teaching efficiency is a focus of both educational theory researchers and teachers.In this paper, I analyzed the research of the efficiency of the teaching and learning in mathematics education recently from the point of view of many ways, such as the goal, the aim, the process, the principle, the method of the teaching and learning. Furthermore, I supposed that the tendency of teaching behavior attribution and the efficiency of the teaching and learning has apparent relevance, teaching behavior attribution will influent the efficient. Math teachers will rationally attribute teaching behavior and by attribution training enhancing mathematics teaching efficiency.I choose six mathematics teachers who excellence in teaching, and investigate the reason of the effective teaching behavior in concrete evidence way. I got the reason table of effective mathematics teaching behavior. Then, 300 mathematics teachers of Tianjin fill in the questionnaire, which investigate the style of attribution of efficient mathematics teachers and inefficient mathematics teachers. The conclusion has been educed from the quantitative analysis by way of the investigation and actual attribution status. The attributions of efficient mathematics teachers and inefficient mathematics teachers have much difference in knowledge, endeavor, difficulties, students, opportunity.Attribution theory of educational psychology has been systemically set forth in this paper, then congruence of attribution and the efficiency of the teaching and learning has been analyzed. Furthermore, the significance and function of the training of attribution has been point out, and the practical strategy of the training also has been given.
