Open-ended problems have obtained an extensive attention of mathematical educationists for a long period. Compare with traditional problems that have only one right answer even only one right solving way, open-ended problems are more used to develop students'creativity. To study open-ended problems can mobilize students'enthusiasm, arouse their interest of studying and expand their thinking. To study open-ended problems is beneficial for developing students'ability of expression, evaluation and application of mathematics. Furthermore, to study open-ended problems is directly related to students'mathematic ideals, as well as their studying beliefs and attitudes. All of this is identical with the demands of quality education today. In this paper, based on analyzing the concepts, classes, characters and functions of mathematics open-ended problems, we propose the general procedure and particular procedure of mathematics open-ended problems exploitation for high school. At the same time, we give some particular examples. Finally, we discuss the assessment of mathematics open-ended problems and bring forward the study tasks in the future. By theory studying and literature studying, we propose our points of view in bellowing several aspects: (1) The general procedure of mathematics open-ended problems exploitation for high school; (2) The particular procedure of mathematics open-ended problems exploitation for high school, including the exploitation based on text book and based on reality; (3) We have developed several representative open-ended problems.
