Environment and development had alread become centralissue of global peope caring for. Sustainable development generally went deep into the hearts of the people and become an important guidance principle of which each country work outits social economic development strategy.But environment and ecology had been destroyed by the mankind in the course of development. It had been a burning issue of the moment and a long-term task for each government and relative international organizations to how to realize that environment and development keep accordance as well as society and economy keep sustainable development. Environment was getting bad had woken up people's environmental consciousness.In the middle or later 1960s environmental education was rising. After several decades working hard environmental education get growth and people's environmental consciousness also get increasingly strengthen. Environmental education had maken rapid progress in our country.But the level of environmental education is difference in different type school. By investigation we knew that level of environmental education is very low in the special secondary school. The student's were poor in mastering basic concept and knowledge of ecology and their environmental consciousness was faint. To strengthen environmental education we used theory of Lucas about the model of environmental education to select the content of chemical text book and add the subject of relative environment as wellas adjust the construction of text book. We also teached lessons according to the theory of Hungerford about teaching model of environmental educational curriculum. We adopt infusion model for the students to environment educate. We changed traditional teaching way and adopt way of probing into study that set the students into center of learn. We explored and practise in the classroom teaching, experiment teaching and extracurricular activity of chemistry so that strengthen the students' Environmental knowledge and cultivate their environmental skills, attitude, evaluation and participative consciousness. We evaluate the students in their study by talking with them and observing them.
