The problem of justice and benefit is a problem of ethical morality existing in china and foreign countries in ancient and modern times. The essence of the relations between justice and benefit is equal to the relations between morality and profit, and its major problem is to deal with the relations between collective and individual profit. The thought of justice and benefit is a view, attitude and value tropism which people have, including the cognition of justice, benefit and their relations, attitude of the relations between justice and benefit, and value judgment and choice as well. Socialist thought of justice and benefit builds up on the condition of socialist market economy, under the direction of Marxism and Leninism, thought of MAO ze-dong, DENG xiao-ping' theory and the three representatives, is a new-type one which puts the benefit of our country and people at first class, at the same time sufficiently respects individual legal benefit.
