In recent years, Information technology and Curriculum Integration has been the heat of education and research, home and abroad. This paper, based on a series of teaching practice, starting from the background, the significance and the mode of curriculum integration, with the the teaching of square of physics course and new course standard of senior high school as its research objective, discusses the process and the mode of the integration of information technology and physics teaching and points out the importance and feasibility of carrying out the integration at present , so the teaching mode of the integration between information technology and Physics teaching is established.This task explores the mode of integration between Information Technology and Physics Teaching from various aspects, such as the identification of concepts, the theoretical foundation and the procedure of implementation. Besides, the author does research on this mode in practice. It is a useful wayto achieve the cultivating aim of knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion and outlook on value by integrating information technology with physics teaching.
