Whether the teachers exert their work enthusiasm determines the quality and efficiency of school education work. Therefore inspiriting teachers' enthusiasm is the stress of school work .The problem directly affects the exertion of school management efficiency ,and relates the improvement of school teaching quality.This article takes the Marxism Humanics and Western Stimulation theory as its foundation stone .It also takes the Marxism Humanics as its guide thought and philosophical foundation which constitute the Stimulation Management Mode . Through reflecting on the traditional Stimulation Mode and studying the logical foundation of stimulation of teachers in elementary and middle schools ,we deeply reflect on the Tradition Stimulation Mode and its thought and attribute the problem of stimulation strategy to the loss of the humanity and the pinch of the value pursuit .From the reality of Chinese culture and modern school culture .we use the essential thought in the Western Stimulation Theory for reference and set a definition on Stimulation from the philosophical view ,that is ,the subject takes the corresponding stimulation mode according to the understanding of the stimulated object needs ,acts on the motivation ,purpose and action of the stimulated and consequently satisfy the purpose of the subject .Through the survey and analysis of spot questionnaire check and visitorial talk of some teachers in elementary and middle schools in our province , the article makes a revelation on the logical presupposition-need of the stimulation strategy constitution of modern teachers in elementary and middle schools .That is ,they have abundant and multiple needs ;they advocate research freedom and comfortable teaching environment ;and they pursue self-value and meaning of the life and advocate spirit .At the same time ,this article makes an analysis on the factors which influence the working enthusiasm of the teachers so that constitutes a stimulation strategy for the teacher in elementary and middle schools which is full of humanism significance . for example strategy of meeting teachers'needs﹑strategy of inspiring teachers'work motive strategy of establishing objective management , etc.Teachers create the school culture ,while they are the products of the school culture .And teachers are one kind of the social existence .The transition of the culture of the society and the times spirit are also reflected in the teachers' needs .So teachers' needs have the meaning of epoch .The motivating strategy of the teachers is not an unchangeable and rigid thought and pattern .The new epoch calls for the transformation of the motivating strategy of the teachers and the development with time passing .Capturing the new view in the educational management reform has a deep meaning of theory practice and value on such an old topic .This paper provides some strategies of high operationality and pertinence to inspirit teachers'work enthusiasm through research , thus improving teachers'work enthusiasn effectively and exerting teachers' subjective active .These strategies have important significance for deepering ,enhancing school management and improving teaching quality. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | activity, need, motive, objective, teachers'inspiriting | | Related items |
