Interaction theory attracted more attentions in a global society. In domain of education, peer teacher-student interaction has been emphasized for a long time, and has been taken as important measures to achieve the aim of instruction. Instruction in class, in some extent, is a kind of interaction. It is a crucial factor not only for lessons, but also for entire school education, and for the stable development of socialism "quality education". However, many problems exist in current practice of teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze class instruction in the view of interaction.Class interaction was analyzed by Literature analysis, investigation and summary of personal experience. The reasons for loss of class interaction were discussed and some countermeasures was provided in current study, with interaction theory, modern education theory, current development of China education reform, and developmental characteristics of students considered.Four parts were included in this paper. (1) Past theories about interaction and class interaction were summarized. (2) Reasons for loss of class interaction were analyzed by investigation. Following factors were identified: teacher's ability in interaction, cultural-psychological features, and so on. (3) Approaches to improve the efficacy of class interaction were explored. Some suggestions were provided for future practice. (4) The significance of class interaction was emphasized in the view of educational quality and students' development.
