The continued development of humanity depends on education.And there's an only way to realize the social function of education.The teacher's creative labour makes human society go on and develop.But the key factor of continued development of education and society.Contemporary education has opening character and dynamic character. The speed of obsolete knowledge and retrogradation grows faster and faster. All of these changes are due to the swift tempo of social development and the complicacy of educational background.Young teachers can never acquire ready-made experience from the experienced teachers.They must reply to the new questions one after another.It's devided into four sections. I place emphasis on the Threeth Section.This paper takes up and discuss the course of Young Thecher's continued development. It has three arrangement of ideas.The first one is role adaptability. The second one is capacity increase. The third one is introspecction. This continued course of development makes the young teachers achieve a ideal of self-remoulding and self-improvement. Thereby they can generate new educational capacity unceasingly.
