The rapid development and wide use of IT impel the development of every work of life, it poses a rigorous challenge to the Special Education. In this modern time, the prevention, discovery, treatment and education to the handicapped children combine closely and conduct harmoniously. How to introduce IT to the class in deaf school is a good research topic that is concerned about. However, deaf children do have audio and oral difficulties, the disability lies in the activities of psychology, study and communication between deaf and normal children. They are different in memory, attention, thinking and so on. It is possible to help the deaf children to overcome these handicaps appropriately by analyzing the causes and studying their manifestation in these areas. Therefore, we summarize the difference in understanding the conceptions of physics and the abilities of solving questions between deaf-mute students and normal students before and after the usage of modern technology according to my recent years teaching experience, and try to find the methodologies and means of teaching physics in the deaf school.1,Traditional method can not compare with IT in compensating the deaf-mute students' imperfection of physiology.2,The assistance of IT to the deaf-mute students is greater than the normal one in learning the conception of physics and the ability of solving questions.3,The function of IT is better than traditional methodology, for IT can arouse both the deaf-mute and normal students' interests of learning physics, and can improve their scores, especially to the poor students.4,IT is better than traditional teaching in the direct perception, enlarging their knowledge and improving their learning efficiency.IT is better than traditional method in enlightening students' thinking, understanding the learning difficulties and improving their attention, but the difference is not distinct, and the function to the deaf-mute is greater than the normal.
