Taking the second period of course reform in Shanghai as the main background, the author observes and analyses the current situation of Chinese teaching. In consideration of the standardization in qualification system of occupation and necessary trend of changing the appearance in Chinese Teaching, the article regards the requests and purse of teacher occupation specialization as the effective and intentional probe of improvement in current education areas (especially in Chinese teaching areas) in primary school. We not only take the quality of technique, behavior and consciousness as major part of teaching occupation specialization, but also emphasize the coordination and support of education system.The author collects the materials by the way of observing, investigating and visiting and talking, and then analyses the materials by the means of summary and document. Above those ways, the author picks up questions and sums up the topic step by step. Starting with cases, the author constructs the whole article from outwards to inner thoughts and from phenomena to essence. At the same time, the article gradually analyses several questions in areas of contents, ways and tasks of Chinese teaching such as "grasping", "ability to learn" , "taking a load off the students' minds" and " innovation". Then the author draws out the corresponded suggestions and countermeasures. In the views of forming the occupational thoughts and behaviors, the author analyses and corrects the errors in phenomena and thoughts towards the current Chinese teaching.
