Objective: According to the status and the intensive classification of market of track and field in Hebei Province, and the relations of the factors of it, the study was to find out the general frame relations of cultivating and developing the market of track field in Hebei Province and the corresponding methods by using the related theory of marketing, economics, sale, medium, humanistics, statistics, combining with the characteristics of the sport of track and field.
