I'll briefly introduce the principles of WBCL-cooperative, self-consciousness ,practice, feedback. I've also used examples to do analyses and theory study, I've promoted the learning strategies of WBCL :group learning with different partners, goal guiding, technique training, evaluate together. Experiments carried out in a middle school in Minhang District show that putting these strategies in practice comes up with apparent effect in optimizing classroom instruction in middle school, which can be seen in cognition , affection, and technique. Finally, I also give some useful advice to use the strategies.
