Society has undergone appreciable changes in the recent ideology-politics education since many educators were engaged in the various reform of teaching. But, in any case, the situation such as teachers who detest teach and students who detest study exists in middle school ideology-politics education yet. Someone may think that this phenomenon is the reason why the effect of ideology-politics education now is low. However, the author is sure that it isn't a reason but a result. What can we do that draw the reform of teaching out of predicament and approach a ideal realm? The author considers one of the key depends on ameliorating and forming a good psychological environment of teachers and students. We sure the effect of middle school ideology-politics education will be elevated if a good psychological environment in ideology-politics education were be formed.This article includes three parts. The first, it recommends us the meaning, trait, constitution of psychological environment of teachers and students. Moreover, it states the psychological environment influences the ideology-politics education. The second, this paper analyzes the situation of psychological environment in ideology-politics education at first, then reveals the influnce of the good psychological environment be formed, the factors of it come from the internal of school education as well as the outside. Among these factors, the former is important, it contains chiefly the over-high objective of ideology-politics education, the theorized contents ofteaching, the stiff form and standand key of examination, over-nervous relation between teachers and students, the little profound ability of teachers etc. The later contains chiefly no-proper appraisal comes from government and leaders of school, the disappointing public opinion and some parents' wrong guide idea etc. Based the practical of analosy of the second part, the author submits proposals for how ameliorate and form a good psychological environment in the third part. The author suggests all measures must act upon the characteristic of students' body and mind development, the rule of ideology-politics education, and regard the various constitution of psychological environment as a whole, make the most of all measures of benifitting to forming teachers' and students' character, encouraging their emotion by training, discipline etc. In this part, the author specifies that we should raise teachers' moral quality hard, improve their psychology condition of teaching first, Secondly, make teachers' teaching skill better and induce students to form good study psychology actively. Lastly, push forward on with teaching reform of ideology-politics education, arouse teachers' and students' interest in teaching and studying, create conditions which can ameliorate teachers' and students' psychological environment radiatorly. Moreover the author advocates that society and government should help educational workers and schools to form good psychological environment in middle schoolideology-politics education.
