Higher education has begun its educational reorganizations and met with many background which have not happened before. A Lot of policy, for example , higher education expansion policy and higher education tariff system , made the class size larger than before . Then, plenty of students who has different background are enterring the university ( or colledge) which brought difficulties to teaching. All these new things and difficulties about teaching need to be studied carefully.the thesis studies university ( or colledge) classroom teaching from teacher's view so as to make some suggestions to evaluate teaching and train university ( or colledge) teacher. And it uses three study methods: literature method, questionnaire method and case visiting.In the first part, the thesis introduces the motive andmethod of the study, recommends the history of teachingeffectiveness research. Then, it difines the concept of teachingeffectiveness and analysis its influential factors, that is , instrutional aim , teaching behavior and teaching environment . Thirdly, the thesisexams the present condition of university ( or colledge) classroomteaching and finds the lacking of teaching effectiveness. Lastly, itpresents the model of effective teaching, that is , makes theconstructional aim meet with the students' need, adopts researchingteaching and erects good teaching environment .
