In recent years, under the guidance of the viewpoint of mathematics quality education, the research on Polya' s teaching theory of mathematics Problem-tackling had been deepened to put his theory into practice. As a result, this had aroused people to think Polya' s maths Problem-tackling methods dialectically. Emphasizing the perspective of meta-cognition was the respect of maths Problem-tackling abilities.The paper summarized different theories of Problem-tackling, and expounded the thought that learning mathematics Problem-tackling was a intricate learning process. It would primarily build the basic theory on cognitive structure of mathematics Problem-tackling. Cultivation of Meta-cognition and Transcendental Realization of Polya' s Teaching Theory of Mathematics Problem-tackling is important.In fact, empirical mathematics activity and reflective abstraction are both based on meta-cognition. The quality of mathematics knowledge shows that operational concept is the first step of conception. Therefore practice and drill is a prerequisite for understanding.In addition, the paper put forward that the problem understanding and reviewing was the most important step in learning of mathematics Problem-tackling. And emphasize that we should cultivate the ability of raising problem to conform with innovation society.
