The 21st century is when Intellectual Economy arises throughout the world. In the times of Intellectual Economy, education and science & technology are becoming more and more important factors that contribute to the advances in society. Only those countries that own large numbers of high-qualified persons with ever-lasting creative power have a greatest potentiality to develop the Intellectual Economy. All these not only add vigor to the moral culture in middle schools but also send new challenge and cause new problems. The paper will mainly put forward my idea on how to better the moral culture in middle schools and accept the challenge in the conditions where Intellectual Economy exists so that we can keep the moral culture in middle schools in great vitality and succeed in training a new style of high-qualified persons with ever-lasting creative powerThe first part of the paper analyses the characteristics of the knowledge economy, the lash and the challenge that Intellectual Economy sends to the moral culture in middle schools.The second part puts forward my idea on how to frame a new concept and how to accept the challenge that the Intellectual Economy sends to the moral culture in middle schools. My idea is that, compared with the traditional moral culture, the moral culture the Intellectual Economy needs consists of five aspects on which we should lay emphasisThe third part puts forward my ideas, which are based on the investigation and formed by analyzing the facts rationally, on how to respond to the challenge that the Intellectual Economy sends to the moral culture in middle schools.
