This research is mainly focused on the relationship between the primary school's organizational climate and the teacher's job satisfaction in Macao. In order to achieve the goal of my research, firstly, I did lots of search for some literature and books related to this topic and I could use as reference materials. Secondly, I revised my survey and the previous test for it. Lastly, I chose two hundred primary school teachers from ten different primary schools in Macao for my survey. The data and results collected from my survey which through the "T-test", "'One Way Anova", and "Spearman Correlation" and has been proved statistically. The results are following:1. In primary schools, the consideration of " collegial behavior" for teacher in organizational climate has the highest mark. On the other hand, "disengaged behavior" is the lowest.2. Different sex, marriage state, age, school's structure and working hours can affect teachers' consideration in school's organizational climate.3. The different education level or the teaching age does not affect teachers' consideration in school's organizational climate.4. The most job satisfaction for teachers are the good relationship between teachers themselves, and the most job un-satisfaction for the teachers are their low incomes.5. The job satisfaction for teachers can be changed due to the difference of their sex, marriage state, age and the amount of teaching classes.6. Teachers' education level, teaching age and their schools'structures are not the factors to affect the job satisfaction.7. Primary school teachers' consideration in organizational climate has a positive relationship to the job satisfaction.Accounting to the literature and my research, there are few points that may improve the primary school's education as suggest. Also can be used as reference for farther consideration.1. Principals should pay attention to teachers who can be more understanding and supported. Also, teachers can be motivated by reward and admired.2. Principals should try the best to satisfy the teachers' requires and setting the same goal and encourage teachers' participation.3. Principals should believe teachers and respect for them. Avoid any other unnecessary or un-related jobs or activities to the teachers so that they can focus on their teaching.4. Increase their salaries and provide higher job position for teachers that can increase their motivation.5. A better relationship between principals and teachers can be built by some private activities, which also can release their stress.6. Teachers shouldn't be received too much jobs. Suitable amount of job for teachers can improve the job satisfaction.
