| A class is a special and complex society and it has an important role in the development of the students' personality. If a teacher is able to handle the class well, he/she can positively lead students to develop good behavior, and finally, improve the teaching. Therefore, the efficiency in teaching has much to do with the way to correct students' misbehavior in class. This raises the writer's motivation in doing this research.This research is based on the topic "The way to correct students' misbehavior in classrooms'. The purpose is to investigate and analyze the effective ways systematically and to arouse the attention of our work-mates in the values and significance of classroom management.This dissertation is divided into six parts and they are all about the effective ways to improve students'misbehavior in the classrooms.The first part is about the way to organize a classroom, which is an important place in build up students'healthy personality. A safe.nice.neat classroom with harmonious atmosphere will make students happy and they will be more hard-working.The second part is about the way to set up rules in classrooms. Rules are important in a classroom.without effective classroom rules.children will misbehave and the situation may become worse and worse.The third part is the way to handle classroom affairs. If teachers handle each of the classroom affairs effectively and orderly, the chance of students'misbehaving will decrease.The fourth part is the way to guide students'activities. If teachers can spend some time in guiding students in activities,they will be more motivated and concentrated,thus their misbehavior will also disappear.The fifth part is the way to build up harmonious communication. Teachers and students should have a harmonious relationship. Teachers can help students to build up good behavior through effective communication skills.The sixth pan is the way to manage students'behavior. Teachers should first try to prevent students from misbehaving.and cure should come next. One of our major topics of this research is to see how we can manage students'behavior. The researchers based on the six ways mentioned above and to investigate about them. Besides, they also use those ways in real school teaching environment. They practise it and finally,they prove that the six ways are effective in improving students'misbehavior in the classrooms.The entire research paper consists of six units. Unit one is about theories, motivation, aims, methods and stages of this research. Unit two analyzes the concept of classroom management and basic theories of correcting misbehavior. Unit three investigates the causes and performances of misbehavior. Unit four is the research itself, which systematically analyzes the correcting methods. Unit five presents the result of the research, it is to deal with the data and informationcollected and to see the problems being reflected. Unit six is the conclusion and suggestion. |
