Against the fact that, in students' behavior man?agement in modern institutions of higher learning, more importance has been attached to the results than to the process, which has re?sulted in a serious waste of human resources, the thought of behavior process management is brought forward here. Based on the analysis of behaving, behaving process, behaving results and Their character?istics , the rationality of behavior process management thought is an?alyzed theoretically and practically .
