Along with the appearance of quality education, the teaching of Chinese has faced many reformations. It requires the teachers should be deal with the developing reformation in a two-sided & dialectic way, and try to set up a comprehensive concept of it. This thesis puts forward to four questions which are common in Chinese-teaching to discuss and demonstrate what kind of concept a Chinese teacher should set up.1. Is using the modern teaching-media equal to increasing of the educational efficiency? We know that the appropriate and success using of teaching media will bring positive effect. On the contrary, the negative effect will be brought about. But if we abide by the four important principals of creativity, objective, principal and harmony, the educational quality will be promoted greatly.2. Is setting question in teaching equal to solicitation teaching? Setting question in the course of teaching is just a tactics of solicitation teaching, but not the entire meaning. The successful use of setting questions should abide by the principals of clear objective, property time, novelty and specialty, moderate degree of difficult, and enlarge the imagination of students.3. Easing students' burden is not mean cut down the homework simply; it has more abundant practical meaning. The target of burden-easing is to improve efficiency. As a Chinese teacher, you need to try to improve the effect of the classroom teaching, especially the appropriate assignment of off-studying, in order to archive the target of burden-easing and improve effect as well.4. Is teaching the knowledge skill equal to complete the teaching tasks? Teaching the skills in knowledge is just the main task of Chinese-teaching. But it's just a part of it. Teachers must focus on the psychological quality education of students and regard protecting healthy psychology, molding all-round personality as an implicit teaching task to complete. One-sided education will lead to partial growing of students. The comprehensiveconcept of Chinese education covers many kinds of content. It is scientific and inaccordance with the concept of promote the quality education. We must take pains toinsist on it.
