| With the progress of the popularization of higher education, the employment pressure sharply increased, some graduates choose to return back to homeland to look for a job. This research collects authoritative data and tries to take Yunnan Province as an entry point, to observe the graduates’ employment preferences, so as to improve the quality and quality of college graduates’ employment as well as to provide suggestions for policy adjustment.This research is mainly based on the provincial conditions of Yunnan and macro data. Through descriptive statistics analysis and constructing a prediction model, the research analyzes the returning homeland for employment in Yunnan college students during 2011-2013. Then we get these. First, the employment status is holding up well, and the employment rate maintains the upward trend in General College. Second, returning homeland for employment has become a new employment direction, besides, it increases year by year. Third, graduates prefer National Institutions, which is higher in female’s choices.According to the results of regression, the research recurs to environment analysis model. It put forward five strategies: the strategy of tourism province, the strategy of high quality industry chain, the specific talent strategy, the strategy of leading brand strategy and the strategy of returning the talented person. This paper has raised directive rather than operational policy suggestions for improving the returning homeland for employment. In Social Support System: Creating a good environment. In Policy Support System: Guiding graduates back to homeland and making full use of the autonomy in the local government. In College Supporting System: Further perfecting the employment guidance services and the Employment-Seeking and Career-making Education. In Family Support System: Providing some reasonable suggestions, as well as rational choices. In the perspective of human capital: Enhancing human capital and cultivating employment ability. |
