Today’s society, knowledge-based economy began to take shape, the international competition increasingly fierce and survival crisis looming, these are for the development of human and education has brought the huge challenge. With the rapid development of science and technology, culture knowledge requires schools can not only cultivate knowledge-based talents, but also cultivate innovative talents, because only people who have the innovation spirit and innovation ability to better adapt and respond to the challenges of this era. In this context, the disadvantages of traditional education becomes increasingly obvious. And anchored instruction mode mainly emphasizes the attention to students’ individual differences and the comprehensive development, pay attention to the learning content is closely related to social reality; On the teaching methods, anchored instruction also cleverly use flexible teaching link in teaching, has played a main role of students and inspired the students’ creative ability; In the evaluation mechanism, anchored instruction model also is not just in the students’ test scores and school graduation rates as the only standard to measure the quality of teaching, but care about the students comprehensive and free development. With the implementation of the quality education and the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the basic concept of education around the world also has profound changes, all sorts of teaching modes also emerge in endlessly. Anchored instruction teaching method is a kind of teaching theory and teaching practice of mediation, the classroom teaching mode, for deepening the classroom teaching practice and the theory of construction of classroom teaching, has a very important practical significance.Therefore, in the teaching of junior middle school thought moral, must carry on the use of anchored teaching, to discard the traditional moral character teaching concept, updating educational philosophy, to establish a new type of constructivism teaching view; Change teaching mode, follow the design principles of constructivism teaching and create a conducive to promoting the development of students comprehensive teaching mode, change students’ passive learning to active learning; To cultivate creative spirit, creative ability, has the personality and all-round development of talents.This paper adopted the research method of combining both theory and practice. Further elaborated on the basis of the independent inquiry and cooperation explore, take the student as the main body of junior middle school Ideological and Ethical Education, application of anchored teaching method in junior middle school thought moral and practice. In the analysis of the current in the junior middle school thought moral character class, on the basis of a representative of the teaching mode, more deeply, this paper expounds on the junior middle school thought moral anchored instruction model, in detail elaborated the teaching mode of theory basis, practical background, teaching objectives, teaching requirements, teaching procedures, implementation principles. This article also analyzes the preliminary practice of anchored instruction model and achieved some results, enumerates the instance of the anchored instruction model, to enhance the operability of the patterns and credibility. Finally,anchored instruction model has carried on the teaching reflection, and put forward some countermeasures to improve the teaching pattern research, in order to further explore the teaching model of junior middle school thought plays a more and better teaching.
