With The rapid development of science and technology, The school can’t satisfy people in a lifetime of knowledge needed. It is never too old to learn. So everyone is faced with the problem of Lifelong learning and Autonomous Learning. The cultivation of students’autonomous learning habit and ability from childhood, lets the student in the left school still can continue to autonomous learning, enrich their knowledge, is an important duty of teachers, but also an important goal of current education.This paper mainly through the electronic learning plan Research, and join the "micro lesson" elements, focuses on the study of students in the use of the Electronic learning plan based on micro lesson can cultivate students’autonomous learning ability, at the same time. Compared with the method of lecture, detection of student learning outcomes. Hope that through this study, the students in the process of classroom learning, cancultivate students’autonomous learning ability, and can achieve better learning effect.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part, describes the research background and the background of the education reform, put forward the purpose and significance of this study, the focus, difficulty and innovation research, and how to carry on the research described. The second part, elaborated the concept about "autonomous learning", need theory basis and practice, and how to cultivate students’autonomous learning ability. Through the theory guiding practice, to provide theoretical help for the design of electronic learning plan can cultivate students’autonomous learning ability. The third part, elaborated "micro lesson" in teaching the theory basis and the practice basis, introduced the concept of "Audio-Visual Education", the concept of micro lesson production tools, micro lesson. And the difference between the use of "micro lesson" and flipped classroom teaching. Also introduces the relative concepts of learning plan, and the difference between learning plan teaching plan. The fourth part, introduced the Electronic learning plan based on micro lesson. As an example, my school students, on grade seven use the Electronic learning plan in the course of information technology, through the analysis of the electronic learning plan, introduces the structure of electronic teaching plan.and the learning method. The fifth part, introduced the procedure of experimental research in this study, experiments and experimental method, interviews were conducted on students, used the questionnaire and the unit test,to verify the effectiveness of the electronic teaching plan,and summarizes the research results and deficiencies of this study and follow-up research directions.
