| High level sports teams in Colleges and Universities is the main way to training elite athletes in our country, from 51 Colleges and Universities of 1987 developed to 265 today, it becomes one of the main way to cultivate elite athletes in Colleges and Universities in China, and it’s development trend also set a direction for the reform of physical education in Colleges of China. Under the guidance and support of the Ministry of Education and the State Sports General Administration, and the joint efforts of the national college, the development and construction of high level sports team has made a certain achievements. It has trained many outstanding athletes for the country and those athletes won the honor for our country in the World arena. However, there are some problems in the process of its development, especially the contradiction between the culture course learning and the training-competition time of the high level athletes in Colleges and universities receives more and more attention. The high level athletes in Colleges and universities have a double special status, which is not only the athletes who engaged in the training and competition, but also the students of college. As an athlete, he should taining good and compete well; as a student,he should learn well and have a good grasp of professional knowledge. Training and learning become two main tasks of high level athletes, but also the main influencing factors of the construction of high level sports teams. The solution of this contradiction makes the athletes not only training hard and winning hornor for the college, but also learning well and mastering the professional knowledge and professional skills, which lay a good foundation for a job after graduation. The contradiction between learning and training is one of the key problems in the development of high level sports teams in Colleges and universities.In this paper, through the investigation and data statistics and logical induction of the questionnaire, we collected and analysised all of the data, then from overall grasped the actual situation of the women’s basketball athletes with high level learning and training management, and find out the aspects which are unreasonable and need to be perfect of management system of team learning and training of women’s basketball high level athletes, and puts forward countermeasures for its development. |
