| Teaching is a bilateral activity between teachers and students, the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom will directly affect the effectiveness of teaching result. Enhancing the teacher-student interaction in biological classroom, can not only improve the students’learning achievement, but also can stimulate students’interest in biology learning. This paper is based on the practical research, combined with the actual situation of the biology classroom teaching and students, exploring the influence factors of effective interaction and putting forward some coping strategies. there are six main parts.Firstly, this study describes the purpose and significance of the research, to sort out and analyze domestic and overseas relevant research about the classroom teacher-student interaction, presenting the contents and methods of the study. Through the introduction of the relevant theoretical basis, understanding the development context of the teacher-student interaction; according to the concept of "High School Biology Curriculum Standards", the important concept of this study--the effective interaction between teachers and students in high school biology class--is defined, and the effective interaction is cleared; finally the effective standard of effective teacher-student interaction is determined in this study.Secondly, the focus of research. First, from teachers departure, selected nine high school biology teachers (three expert teachers, six ordinary teacher) classroom teaching video (sub-concept lesson, inquiry classes, experimental course) as a sample, and in accordance with the effective teacher-student interaction, the high school biology classroom observation scale is made with the method of classroom observation and the CLASS scoring system; video sample observation was written records, scores, statistics, analyzes and specific case studies to understand the level of teaching high school biology classroom teacher-student interaction of the basic situation and teacher. Second, from the student departure, with a high-grade four classes of students (total of 248) for the object, using survey methods, setting the students’understanding of teacher-student interaction, students’learning ability, interpersonal relationships, and learning environment as the basis, to understand the students’circumstances and demands of the classroom teacher-student interaction. Third, analyses were conducted on the results of classroom observations and student survey. This study explores the influencing factors of effective teacher-student interaction, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.Thirdly, the results of this study are as follows.1. Choose from a single sample point of view, the concept of the overall video instructor teaching in the middle and upper levels are considered, but the expert teachers in the classroom-organization and educational-support dimension are better than ordinary teachers. Teachers’emotional-support dimension is affected by their teaching style, so there are some ordinary teachers show a good performance of emotional-support. Profiling from the sample lesson, emotional support dimension in the concept of classes, courses and activities to explore the experimental class is not very different, classroom organization and educational support is varied.2. The factors that influence the effective teacher-student interaction are summed up:(1) Students in biology class with a strong teacher-student interaction demands. Learning ability of students, students and teachers interpersonal relationships do great affect the effective teacher-student interaction. (2) Teachers interactive understanding of their own educational attainment, teaching means to take will also affect the effective teacher-student interaction. (3)To a certain extent rich teaching resources have influence on the effective teacher-student interaction. (4) Compared to the physical environment of the classroom, students’psychological environment have greater impact on the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction.3. The creation of effective emotional-support, the establishment of effective classroom organization, the formation of effective education-support, from these three aspects teachers can improve the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction in the classroom. And to cope different lesson types, teachers should use different strategies. |
