With the advancement of a new round of curriculum reform,the requirements for teachers 'teaching quality are getting higher and higher,and more and more tools for evaluating teachers' teaching quality are emerging frequently.However,in actual classrooms,the classroom teaching of evaluation teachers is still the traditional form.Teachers sit together to listen to and evaluate lessons,and there is no standardized practical operation standard.The traditional listening and evaluation course exposes many problems,such as no recorded data,no sorting and reflection.Although the research of classroom teaching quality assessment tools at home and abroad has achieved certain results,the assessment tools have strict training for observers,cumbersome operations,and too meticulous observation points.These problems have not been applied to the evaluation of teaching quality in ordinary classrooms.Different disciplines and different stages of students have their own psychological development and cognitive development.They have different requirements for teachers' teaching methods,communication methods,and language communication methods.Collecting relevant literature and evaluating tools for high school mathematics disciplines Blank,this article focuses on the effective interaction between teachers and students in high school math classroom teaching.All activities in the classroom are attributed to the interaction between teachers and students.By evaluating the interaction between teachers and students,teachers' teaching quality problems can be identified.This paper analyzes the disciplinary characteristics of high school mathematics and the essential attributes of teacher-student interaction in high school mathematics classrooms by comparing the mathematics of existing classroom observation tools,and constructs a set of effective interactive assessment tools for high school mathematics classroom teachers and students.First of all,the classroom is divided into five dimensions:classroom implementation,classroom content,classroom culture,classroom atmosphere,and teaching effect.Each dimension contains 2-8 observation points.There are three main steps in how the evaluation system evaluates effective interaction in the classroom.First,the training and determination of observers.Second,quantify classroom observations.Third,data collation and analysis.The advantages of this assessment tool:targeted,aimed at teacher-student interactions in high school math classrooms.It has strong maneuverability and 21 observation points are set in total.The requirements for observers are reasonable and suitable for mutual evaluation among high school mathematics teachers.It can be said that the evaluation tool has achieved its purpose when constructing the evaluation tool.This evaluation tool makes a comparative analysis of effective interaction between novice teachers and excellent teachers,and draws constructive conclusions. |
