| PurposeIn order to explore the comparison of the sport education with culture and the effect of Wushu teaching on the Health of Junior High School Students, the wushu sports provides a scientific theoretical basis for the smooth development in high schools.MethodIn this paper, is based on the literature data method at the Experimental Middle School in Yangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone. Two classes of sutdutes in one Junior Middle School were used as Experimental Object, class one was designated as the experimental group (20 students 10 boys and 10 girls) while the another class was designated as the control group (20 students 10 boys and 10 girls), the experimental groups have 3 sport classes every week and all classes were Wushu Courses, the controling groub had three classes every week according to the normal educational contents.10 weeks total. The physique index of the students before and after the intervention of wushu is tested by (hight, weigh, body mass index(BMI), body fat rate, upper arm circumferences, thigh circumference, waist measurement, hip circumference), physical function indexes (vital capacity, heart rate, blood plessure, step test, and reactivity)physical quality indexes:(50m, Grip strength, back strength, standing long jump 1000m (Man) 800m (woman), chin-ups (man), crunches (woman), sit-ups,10*4 shuttle run, and all the tested deta before and after the experiment is used SPSS statistical software for analysis.Result:(1) After ten weeks, Compared with the previous experiment, the measured height, weight, waist, hip girth, upper arm and thigh circumference of the two groups after the experiment were significantly increased (P<0.01).The height, upper arm and thigh circumference of the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01), The BMI and body fat rate of the two groups had no significant change (P>0.05)(2) After ten weeks, Compared with the previous experiment, there was a significant increase in the vital capacity of the students in the experimental group (P<0.01) and The pulse and reactivity time was significantly lower than before the experiment (P<0.05, P<0.01), There was no significant change in vital capacity, pulse and reactivity time in the control group (P>0.05)(3) After ten weeks, Compared with the previous experiment, the two groups had no significant changes in the 50 meters score (P>0.05), the result of the experimental groups of boys and girls" 1000/800 meters’ run" and 4×10 shuttle run had a very significant improvement (P<0.01).The result of grip strength, standing long jump and sit-ups had a Very significant improvement (P<0.01) but there was no significant change of the control group (P>0.05)Conclusion(1) Ten weeks of wushu stuying can promote the growth of students’ height and girth but there was no significant effect on BMI and body fat percentage.(2) Although the improvement of cardiovascular function is not significant in the ten weeks of wushu stuying but it can improve the lung function of the middle school students., to a certain extent, it can effectively improve the students’ endurance quality.(3) Ten weeks of wushu stuying can significantly improve the strength of students in junior high school, flexibility and sensitivity quality... |
