As a rich, extensive, profound Chinese traditional culture and an outstanding unique style,Martial Arts is a traditional sport. With it can strengthen one’s body, take good care of one’s spirit,cultivate one’s taste and temper one’s will, which attracting many martial arts enthusiasts.Children are in a critical period of growth and development, the healthy growth of children is of great significance for the country’s prosperity and national prosperity. As the development of children, they will encounter so many corporeity and healthy problems such as obesity, early development, in low height and so on. What’s worse, so many psychological problems like unsociable, tired of study, lacking of self-confidence,weak willed psychological problem will come to themselves, However, Martial Arts have good effect in improving these problems. School is the main place for children to participate in sports activities, which pays more attention to football, basketball,volleyball sports and so on. However, Martial arts and other non-athletic events are neglected. The current situation about the development of education of martial arts is not better. As the extension and supplement of the school education of Martial arts, the outside school education of Martial arts develop the interests of children to learn Martial arts, and promote the development of children’s physical and mental health, which also promotes our Chinese Martial arts, so many parents choose the education of Martial arts for their children to take part.This paper use the method of literature, surveys, experiments, mathematical statistics and other research methods to research the influence of the education of Martial arts on the student’s physical and mental health in Chinese children’s center, Beijing Children’s center, XuanWu children’s centre. The results show that the impact on children’s martial arts in terms of physical fitness is to improve the quality of children’s endurance, flexibility sensitive, speed and power, improve effectively height and weight and promote the development of their body shape, that the impact on children’s martial arts in terms of psychological to enhance the compressive strength of the children and anti-frustration ability, build self-confidence, promote interpersonal relationships of children, cultivate a sense of solidarity, cooperation and competition, make children pay more attention to moral courtesy and feeling grateful, regulate and control their emotion and personal behavior scientifically. What’s more, it promote children’s physical and mental health as well as inherit and carry forward the traditional Chinese martial arts culture.
