A Study On The Establishment And Perfection Of The Information Management Mechanism Of D Middle School

Nowadays, IT(information technology) develops rapidly, which has brought huge impacts to people from all kinds of works. In the field of education, the middle school information management mechanism is not perfect, which disorders the information management. Therefore, middle school information management system reform is needed urgently to be implemented,a full-time CIO(Chief Information Officer) post is required to be set up in the leadership of middle school, which can overall school informationization planning and development, at the same time, establishing and improving scientific and standardized CIO mechanism is also needed, which can solve those problems existing in the middle school information management.This research focuses on informational executives of D city middle school in the historic and transformation background of educational informationization, getting to know their present working situation mechanism by literature research method and survey study, and then analyzing the problems and reasons of executives themselves,school management and country management ——three levels, to further explore the effective strategies for establishing and perfecting CIO scheme of middle school,looking forward to providing an available thought to the long-term development of IT.
