" Life education guidelines of shanghai primary and secondary school " pointed out that life education of primary and secondary school should be infiltrated into the school education of the various disciplines. "Life science" of junior high school is a dominant subject of life education, there are many teaching materials around the content of life education. So the subject of life science is a good carrier for students to carry out life education. As life science teachers, they should enhance consciousness to life education of students in the daily, seriously study materials, fully tap the explicit and implicit life education content and expand. Classroom teaching is the main channel to enable students to understand life, cherish life, respect for life. Life science should enable students know how to love life, to build a life by themselves, life and nature, life and society harmonious consciousness. Let the students learn how to care for others, care for nature, care about social, improve the quality of life, understand the meaning and value of life.This paper expounds the significance of life education in junior high school, discusses the reasons for student suicide, emphasized the importance of the urgency of life education, analyses the relationship between junior high school life science curriculum and life education through the examples of students ignoring life. On the basis of literature research, the concept of life education defines the theoretical basis of life education is analyzed from the angles of the theory of Marxist philosophy of life, the principle of naturalism education, humanism psychology principle, life ethics and philosophy of life, people’s personality development theory basic principle, and introduces the general situation of life education at home and abroad to carry out. On the basis of this, put forward in the junior high school life science classroom teaching to life education research methods, introduced in life science classroom teaching by role playing method, hot topic method, data reasoning method, the information technology method, experiment and practice method and case analysis method into life education teaching methods, and analysis of examples of the junior high school life science textbooks can be integrated into life education sections and case.In order to test the life education in junior high school life science teaching practice, this study adopts a comparative teaching experiment group and control group, after a semester of teaching practice, the experiments were carried out before and after the related life education questionnaire survey, the statistical significant difference test, the collected survey data shows that the students in the experimental group, significantly enhance the understanding of life and the degree of attention, in the questionnaire related to establish a correct view of life of all 28 survey projects, 13 in the experimental group than the control group showed obvious difference, accounting for 46.43% of the total survey project; through life education, students in the experimental group to further establish the correct the concept of life and death, attitude toward death is more calm and positive, the proportion of death fearing, life cherishing increase nearly 28%. Students in the experimental group had a clearer understanding of life.The study shows that the practice of life education in junior high school life science teaching has achieved good results. Paper also reflects on the problems that should pay attention to the education of life and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further research.
