The textbook is to understand the content and curriculum goals of the media, is the student learning object directly. It is not only the carrier of knowledge, but also the carrier of moral content, which contains a wealth of moral education value. The study of " Nine years of compulsory education in primary school Chinese textbook(Trial) " published by Shanghai Education Press and "nine years consistent system of national primary and secondary school Chinese textbook" issued by Taiwan Hanlin Press as the analysis samples, comparing the moral content contained and draws the relevant conclusions, for primary school Chinese textbooks and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement.The paper is based on the following ideas. First, explain the purpose and significance of the study, ideas and methods. Secondly, explains the current situation of research on moral education at home and abroad, to provide ideas and information for the study. Again, a comprehensive analysis of the contents of the moral education system and its carrying way to determine the specific moral and analytical frame of moral education content. Then, to show the present situation of the two edition of the textbook content of moral education through the frequency statistics and text analysis, respectively, the connotation of virtue, morality and occupation moral main content in-depth analysis. Finally, according to the statistics and analysis results are summarized in the Shanghai version and the Hanlin version of primary school Chinese textbooks in the content of moral education to teach the similarities and differences, providing relevant suggestions for the writing and the improvement of primary school Chinese textbooks.Research shows that the common Shanghai and Taiwan Chinese Textbooks of primary school moral education content is greater than the difference of the content of moral education, their degree of concern and its connotation is the same in general. Personal morality education is the primary content of common concern to the two editions of textbooks; In Public morality education, the two moral goals of "protecting the environment" and "loving the motherland" are highly valued in the two editions, and they are all concerned with the moral education content of "natural,life,social and development". The content of moral education in different part of the two versions is embodied in the connotation, and more reflected in the form of performance. The Hanlin version of primary school Chinese Textbooks pay more attention to the moral goal of "the love of life" in Personal morality education is higher than that of the Shanghai version, and having a broader range of material; Shanghai version textbooks presents content of moral education focuses on literature, and Hanlin version textbooks tend to daily life; Shanghai version textbook presents content of moral education emphasizes the great figures, and Hanlin version textbook is concerned about ordinary people. The two versions of textbooks should learn from each other in writing and the improvement.
