South Korea is currently learning Chinese, the largest number of countries all over the world, and South Korean high school students in South Korea learning Chinese population occupies a large proportion, in almost all South Korean high schools offer Chinese courses,Chinese language courses also entered the South Korean Ministry of Education promulgated by the formal syllabus, and many times the syllabus revision, all these are illustrated by the South Korean government is of Korean high school Chinese teaching emphasis. However,although in the newly revised outline, more and more attention to the communication of Chinese teaching, but due to various high school Chinese teaching level of good and bad,students also face the pressure of college entrance examination, in addition in Chinese classroom teaching in the common vocabulary, grammar teaching, the phenomenon of light oral teaching, resulting in the students’ oral Chinese expression ability, low consequences.Good spoken language expression ability of Chinese can motivate students to learn Chinese interest, improve the quality of Chinese, in the non target language environment, students’ oral Chinese expression ability of formation and increase mainly depends on the teacher’s classroom teaching. The Korean high school students Chinese spoken language expression ability present situation investigation, current South Korean high school in spoken Chinese expression in cultured existing, and to explore in the non target language environment culture Korean high school students of spoken language expression ability of Chinese strategy.The first part of this paper summarizes the previous Chinese speaking ability training and the Korean high school Chinese teaching literature in the non target language environment.Based on the previous studies, this paper introduces the research background, significance,Innovation and related research work.The second part of Korean high school in the non target language environment for oral expression ability were investigated. By questionnaire survey method, interview method and observation method of the non target language environment of Korean high school students oral expression of motivation, Chinese course learning and oral expression of difficult points on do the statistical investigation.In the third part, according to the statistical results, an analysis of the non target language environment of Korean high school students Chinese spoken expression in the study of personality psychology and teaching, and the reasons were analyzed.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the oral expression ability of Korean high school students under the non target language environment in accordance with the above mentioned problems and the causes of the problems.
