For contemporary college students, academic achievement is a multi-dimensional and comprehensive concept. It should not only be limited to academic record, but also should pay more attention to the comprehensive quality and employment ability. Sense of self-efficacy can affect or determine people’s choices on behaviors and the persistence and effort of this behavior, affect people’s way of thinking and reaction model, and then affect the behavior of the acquisition and learned behavior. Emotional intelligence has an important influence on college students’ mentality, way of thinking, behavior and so on. This paper takes the local college students as the research object, to explore the interaction mechanism between emotional intelligence, self efficacy and academic achievement of college students. This paper takes the local college students as the research object and develops the academic achievement scale of college students. Through the use of mature emotional intelligence and Sense of self-efficacy scale, as well as the academic achievement scale, to collect the data. Sort and process the collected data, and carry out the descriptive statistical analysis. The reliability test and validity analysis of the scale data were tested. Analyze the current situation of emotional intelligence, sense of self-efficacy and academic achievement of college students in our country at present. The research hypothesis of emotional intelligence, sense of self-efficacy and academic achievement are proposed. Finally, the structural equation model of the relationship between emotional intelligence, Sense of self-efficacy and academic achievement was established by AMOS20.0. The model fit test was carried out, and the model was modified to obtain the influence of the path coefficient, and the relationship between the proposed model and the model was verified. Finally, verify the relational hypothesis of proposed model. Build full structure equation model with sense of self-efficacy as mediator, test sense of self-efficacy of the existence of the mediating effect between emotional intelligence and academic achievement. On this basis, construct the relational model between the four dimensions of emotional intelligence, sense of self-efficacy and the four dimensions of the academic achievement, get the impact of the relationship between the variables. The main research conclusions of this paper:1. Local college students’ academic achievement is a four dimensional construct, including learning cognitive ability, communication ability, self management ability, interpersonal promotion. The college students’ academic achievement scale has good theoretical conception and good reliability and validity index, which provides an effective tool for the study of college students’ academic achievement.2. The average score of emotional intelligence of college students in local general colleges and universities is 3.845, it is at the middle level. The average score of self-efficacy was 3.108, which was in the middle level. College students’ evaluation of their academic achievement scores ranged from 2.934 to 3.955, overall in the middle of the level.3. Emotional intelligence has significantly positive influence on sense of self-efficacy; emotional intelligence has a significantly positive impact on academic achievement; sense of self-efficacy has a significantly positive effect on academic achievement. Sense of self-efficacy has partial mediating effect on emotional intelligence and academic achievement. The effect of emotional intelligence on academic achievement is realized partly through sense of self-efficacy.4. Emotional perception and emotional management of others have a significantly positive impact on sense of self-efficacy. The emotional management of others and emotional use have significantly positive influence on the four dimensions of academic achievement. Emotional perception has significantly positive influence on interpersonal facilitation, learning ability and communication skills. Self emotional management has significantly positive influence on interpersonal facilitation. Sense of self-efficacy has significantly positive effect on interpersonal promotion, learning cognitive ability, communication ability and self-management ability.
