In the past ten years, our country has been deepening the curriculum reform, the government departments have been increasing the importance of school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum development and research has become a fashionable trend". School-based curriculum development and implementation to promote personality development of students, improve the scientific literacy of teachers, highlighting the idea of running a school, promote home culture has great significance, in a large extent make up the deficiencies in the national unified curriculum.School-based curriculum is to carry out scientific assessment of the needs of students in the national curriculum, local curriculum implementation, and make full use of the local community and the school curriculum resources development, diversity, students can choose courses, is for the area, schools, teachers and students difference, focus on as far as possible to meet the personality development of students needs, also help meet needs of the teachers’ professional development, and national curriculum, local curriculum integration, play a complementary role in the course. [1]But in general, there are many shortcomings in the research and development of the school based curriculum in junior high school. Such as:examination oriented education makes the implementation of school-based curriculum is facing many difficulties, many parents and teachers do not support students to participate in school-based curriculum activities, etc.. How to overcome many difficulties, so that the school based curriculum activities blooming glory? The author through a series of research and study, and the history group of colleagues together take up the "Changshu charm" school-based curriculum development and implementation of the curriculum activities. The author mainly takes the literature research as the leading, and takes the teaching research as the supplement, has carried on the thorough case study to the author’s Changshou City first middle school school based curriculum "Changshu charm". Screening of team of teachers in the curriculum content in the process of fully consider the personality characteristics of junior high school students, do "people-oriented"; in the implementation process from the "interest" of, use flexible forms to attract students participation, school-based curriculum activities carried out with a bang.Changshu, is one of the birthplace of Wu Wenhua, has a long history, profound cultural background. Past we only focus on the teaching textbooks of history and culture to the students, while ignoring the history and culture of our side, many students long in Changshu and Changshu "don’t know", in the "a" and not "a", body in the "home" and "don’t know" family, hometown of solution is poorly understood, know nothing at all to the school culture, the development of family indifference. But now with the constant promotion and deepening of the new curriculum reform, we educators with a deep inspiration, looking to the new way, that is in the form of school-based curriculum to explore hometown history, the history of the school, family history, in order to cultivate their focus on the family, paying attention to school and home feeling.This paper consists of four parts:first, the introduction:including the background of the research topic, literature review, research contents, research methods and innovation. Two, school-based curriculum development basis:from the theoretical basis, feasibility, necessity and so on several aspects to elaborate. Three, "Changshu charm" school-based curriculum development and implementation process:the strategy for the development of school-based curriculum development general situation, school-based curriculum, school-based curriculum content selection, curriculum objectives, curriculum implementation status, curriculum arrangement, each chapter of teaching design, teaching method and case review. Fourth, the thinking of "Changshu charm" school-based curriculum development and implementation, summed up the school-based curriculum in the development and implementation of the harvest of experience and expression of the problem, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, and discusses the value of school-based curriculum development and implementation.The development and implementation of school based curriculum in our school is a kind of conscious behavior of the school to meet the planning and training of high quality talents in 12th Five-Year. School and give full play to advantages and characteristics of the college, to create a unique characteristic of the school-based curriculum, implementation of the necessary training courses for teachers, vigorously launched the majority of students actively participate in, set up a flexible and diverse of school-based curriculum, for the students to open up a freely and vividly platform, let the students in various independent inquiry activities play their own potential, so that effective regulation of their physical and mental, personality, be good development.School-based curriculum development and the implementation process is difficult, but for the development of schools, teachers and students have a positive impact, so we will be actively working to improve the shortcomings, carefully listen to all suggestions, conform to the trend of the times, try to make school-based curriculum can be sustainable development of quality education curriculum.Anyway, school-based curriculum development and implementation can on the new curriculum reform advocates of "the personality development of students, the professional development of teachers, school characteristics formation ideal realization, make teachers and students more love for their family, their own schools, community and home and more love their motherland. We will continue to work hard, and gradually improve the school-based curriculum development and implementation of the system, so that the school based curriculum bloom unique luster.
