Wang Weijuan is the outstanding Chinese teacher in Shanghai,she has made remarkable achievements in writing teaching,especially teaching in Caoyang No.2High School the key school in Shanghai, creating "small group of authors" phenomenon is much more remarkable. Back teacher Wang Weijuan’s writing teaching origin, connotation of teacher Wang Weijuan "happy" the teaching of writing,ideas and methods of the guiding ideology of Chinese teachers in primary and middle schools to improve teaching,to better implement the curriculum standards,has the profound influence. At the same time,research on the cultivation of King Wei Juan teacher personalized writing teaching is "small" group,to further understand the teacher Wang Weijuan in the heart to create the special talent.The first chapter is the introduction of the topics of reason,research methods,research significance and related research are reviewed in this paper. The second chapter researches the writing accomplishment of Wang Weijuan teacher themselves.Including their writing ability and writing enthusiasm, teacher Qian Menglong,teacher Yu Yi and teacher Jin Zhihao,three master’s guidance and influence on the formation of her unique writing the teaching style, influence the humanistic environment of Caoyang No.2 High School for her. The third chapter is the research of the core ideas of the "happy" writing teaching of teacher Wang Weijuan. First,the "happy" writing the connotation of divided layer and deepening,including emotion,wisdom,logic and aesthetic pleasure. Secondly,the research of "teaching the concept of happiness". It focuses on writing,writing and reading,writing and life,writing and people. Finally,write "happy" writing teaching strategies,thinking from the interest,product Tired and language four aspects to carry on the analysis. The fourth chapter is to explore her individuation writing teaching achievement to Wei Juan Wang period "of the" group of cultivation,including introduction and personalized training mode.The fifth chapter is study on the significance and Inspiration of the "happy" writing teaching of teacher Wang Weijuan. Analysis of the relationship between composition teaching and aesthetic education, composition teaching and the individuality liberation, composition teaching and "happy" teaching.The finally reveal the "happy" writing teaching of teacher Wang Weijuan in the teaching of writing three transition points,the writing task is transformed as a part oflife, the condescending evaluation for equal appreciation, the passive pressure transformation for students to take the initiative to.
