This dissertation using the methods of historical analysis and literature analysis, through combing of Feng Ding’s ideological and political education activities and his thoughts of the ideological and political education, relying on an analysis from the material fact to the rational knowledge, summarized Feng Ding’s ideological and political education, explored the theoretical guidance and practical application value.Based on the historical investigation of the formation of Feng Ding’s ideological and political education methods, combining his social background, the paper revealed the background and theoretical basis of his methods. Taking advantage of existing Feng Ding’s works, and the research results of other experts and scholars, the writer attempts to summarize the content of Feng Ding’s methods of ideological and political education. The paper highlights the development direction of the contemporary ideological and political education methods and the succession of Feng Ding’s ideological and political education methods.Emphasizes on repositioning the school education, family and social status, and the integration of the school, family and social education resources.Attaches great importance to the unity of knowledge and action,and the combination Feng’s methods with network education application, in order to adapt to the changes in the ideological and political education environment.
