With the constant development of graduate education, the problem of graduate employment gradually go into people’s vision and become a hot topic of discussion, the employment difficult has become an indisputable fact, and the graduate students from Management Science compared to the graduate students from other disciplines, they facing a more "awkward" problem of employment.Under the guidance of Vroom Expectancy Theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, the article conducted a survey among the graduate students of Management Science from four different universities,and the comparison of several aspects through statistical analysis of data, focusing on the status quo of employment expectations of graduate students from Management Science, we found some questions of employment expectations in the current graduate students from Management Science: they don’t have a optimistic attitude of employment; there are serious regional preferences when they looking for a job, Utilitarianism and hedonism tend to be serious,lack the spirit of endure hardships and be capable of hard working; blindly wanted stability, lack awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation.In order to solving the problems of employment expectations of graduate students from Management Science and help them get a better job,we can learn experience of foreign countries. Finally, according to our actual situation, we made following recommendations: change the employment concepts and attitudes of graduate students from Management Science; improve graduate students’ quality and capabilities comprehensively; make the system of employment services and guidance perfect, do a good job in employment guidance; encourage and support graduate students entrepreneurship; improve the training mode of graduate students from Management Science.
