| At present, China’s high school students physical health problems have become increasingly prominent. Changes in the physical condition of school students, and many other factors, which affect the physical health of students the most important aspect is the quantity and quality of physical activity undertaken. Grade students is a critical period of psychological development and physical development, but also to learn the most important stage of cultural knowledge. Exam-oriented education and parents in the hope of our country under the pressure of the mentality of children taught cultural studies academic eventually became the sole measure of student merits.The relationship between the two third-year students participate in physical exercise classes and academic culture, people have different opinions. Generally agreed that student sports scores excellent academic cultural studies is not good,? But there are some people who hold the opposite view. Because there are so many different views,so people have a lot of differences in the degree of emphasis on physical exercise it.Although test results included sports scores, but to a lesser proportion of exam requirements are low, students are very easy to get excellent results, so there are not enough schools and parents on focus, as well as the student’s own contempt. Thus,physical exercise and cultural classes between grades would inevitably produce a huge contradiction. How to make a degree of relaxation and culture classes to participate in physical exercise coordinated academic development, is the focus of educational work, one capability is now junior high school students must master.I collect literature, domestic and foreign literature on the theory and application status and exercise self-efficacy and countless, but on third-year student research on self-efficacy and exercise, very little achievement. This paper summarizes the research results through, for middle school students self-efficacy and exercise,relevant features were academic and summarized for the students voluntarily participate in physical exercise positive behavior, and such further applications of good quality among the cultural lesson to learn to overcome difficulties encounteredcultural lesson to learn, and finally to sports scores and academic progress together,so as to provide reference for improving school sports and participate in physical exercise habits.This study use of literature, research questionnaires, interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis. Survey of this study was randomly selected 10 secondary schools through the five boroughs of Kunming third grade students in any one class of questionnaires were distributed and 534 questionnaires. The survey is done by the school classroom teacher is responsible for issuing and recycling,recycling 523 final, the recovery rate was 97.9%, of which there are 502 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 94%. Finally, the analysis reached the following conclusions by:(1) the overall high level of self-efficacy third-year student of Kunming. Grade students a sense of self-efficacy there are gender differences in boys than girls.(2) Kunming grade students participate in physical exercise frequency,time and time are reasonable, and they have their favorite sport; the main factors restricting students to participate in physical exercise is the exercise time is not guaranteed, arduous task of learning and so on.
