The overall trend of Chinese construction of teachers is from “quantitative expansion” to “the quality of ascension” historic transformation, which achieves development of the entire group of teachers needs the driving of the outstanding professional teachers’ s development. Professional development is the basic requirement for teacher’s job, but the real professional teachers must have faith in professional education, specialized subject knowledge, specialized theoretical knowledge and professional practice knowledge, learn from excellent teachers’ upbringing, summarize and research to bring more teachers’ professional growth.There are two main contents of this study:first, use the survey method to the status of Zhenkang junior high school mathematics teachers’ professional development to conduct research; secondly, on the basis of the investigation, selecting four junior high school mathematics teachers as a case study object, using educational narrative and interviews, through a case study of teachers’ professional development pathway, provide some advice contributing to junior high school mathematics teachers’ professional development.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: junior high school mathematics teachers’ professional growth almost all experiences general growth stage. They stand out from the ordinary teachers, grow into outstanding teachers, generally need to go through three phases: adaptation, the development period, competent period; secondly, the influencing factors of teachers’ professional growth are mainly personal and environmental factors, and through the tireless efforts of individual teachers they can overcome negative factors, become excellent teachers.Teachers’ personal and professional growth, directly affect the teachers’ professional quality of ascension,which is a dynamic,with a career in the process.This research on the investigation description and analysis to Zhenkang junior high school mathematics teachers’ professional development, using a typical case of lead, sharing successful experiences, analyzing teachers’ professional development stage, growth factors and pathways, summarizing and reflecting on professional growth, has a positive reference value to the junior middle school mathematics teachers’ professional development.
