Research On Socialism Consultative Democratic Education In Colleges And Universitie

Since the beginning of the foundation of the PRC, deliberative democracy has been mainly used in the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation as a form of democracy. Under the leadership of the Communist Party, the democratic parties do the work of participating in and discussing state affairs, democratic supervision and uniting all the people together sincerely. In 2012, President Hu Jintao put forward to the form of "the improvement of the socialist deliberative democracy s ystem" in report of the 18 th CPC National Congress. It was for the first time that the form of the socialist deliberative democracy being put forward and the importance of socialist deliberative democracy being emphasized.As the future builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the political demands and democratic consciousness of College students has been stronger and stronger. And it has been more and more important for us to educate the college students with a correct concept of democracy. Therefore, the socialist deliberative democracy education of college students is urgently needed.Combing with the results of the questionnaire and comparing with the current situation of ideological and political education i n colleges and universities in our country from the aspects of paths, contents and methods, this paper was divided into 4 chapters to study socialist deliberative democracy education. It concluded that even though the socialist deliberative democracy educa tion with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities in China had made some achievements, there were still some shortages. For example, the educational ways were few, the educational content was out of time and the educational methods were simple. In the end, this paper came up with the new ideas of strengthening socialist deliberative democracy education. This paper also introduced the characteristics of the paths, contents and methods of deliberative democracy education in colleges and universities in the US, and put forward to some enlightenment on that in our country. Finally, this paper put forward to the new ideas to strengthen socialist deliberative democracy education, such as the optimization of the talent training scheme and strengthen unity of theory and practice. What’s more, the author also put forward to the idea that the college education, family education, school education and social publicity should be combined together to promote effect of socialist deliberative democracy education in colleges and universities.
