The permeation of moral education in subjects and textbook evaluation are two major projects in the current educational research. With the advancement of technology and the development of the times, moral education plays a more and more important role in the whole society. As for the school moral education, besides that moral education subject itself transfers moral education, other subjects also permeate with the content of moral education in different forms. Teaching material is the carrier tool of knowledge and moral content. And Chinese textbooks contain abundant cultural value and moral educational value. The purpose of textbook evaluation lies in whether it plays its due role. Therefore, the research about the permeation of moral education in Chinese textbooks in the junior middle school and about how element of moral education permeates in textbook will exert great influence on the improvement of the teaching material。The objects of study are two Chinese textbook editions for junior high school which are widely used in China, respectively,6 compulsory education course standard experiment textbooks published by the People’s Education Publishing House Company for grade 7-9 and 6 compulsory education course standard experiment textbooks published by the Beijing Normal University for grade 7-9. Firstly, the paper constructs the evaluation index system for moral education content in Chinese Textbooks of junior middle school and adopts text analysis method and then encodes and analyzes the moral content in textbooks published by the People’s Education Publishing House Company and the Beijing Normal University by using NVivo8.0 Qualitative analysis software, at last draws the conclusion.This study includes the following parts:The introduction part explains the reason for the research, the purpose of the research, significance of the research, and defines the core concept used in this paper, and the reflection of the current research status home and abroad.The second part mainly is the overall research designation, including description of research idea; the selection of the research object; the method used the in the paper, the introduction of the tool used in the method of research and the reason for using it.The third part mainly expounds the constitution analysis of evaluation index system of the moral education’s permeation in Chinese Textbooks of junior high school. From the policy file’s requirements to the students moral, macro moral education content analysis in the moral discipline, the characteristics of Chinese subject, which will lay the foundation for the study’s designation of framework for the permeation of moral education evaluation index in Chinese teaching material. And the paper lets the experts make grade evaluation about moral educational evaluation’s index system in Chinese Textbooks through questionnaires, and tests the consistency reliability, and then combines with experts’ amendments, finally establishes the evaluation index system of moral education in Chinese teaching material.The fourth part mainly elaborates the moral education’s permeation and evaluation in Chinese textbook of middle school. On the basis of the third part, this part uses NVivo8.0 qualitative analysis software to conduct an open coding for the moral content of reading in the Chinese Textbooks published by the Beijing Normal University and the People’s Education Publishing House Company for junior high school. The code takes the goal of moral education in the teacher’s book as reference to analyze and appraise the content of moral education in Chinese textbook. And this part also integrates the content of moral education with the same or similar significance, takes 18 second level of the index system in chapter 3 as reference to analyze the text for the further exploration of the moral education’s content and evaluation in the Chinese textbook for junior high school, and finally makes a summary;The fifth part mainly is about the conclusion of this study. The conclusion includes the similarity and difference of two Chinese textbook editions, related suggestions, and summarization of the advantages and disadvantages of the study.
