Research On The Construction Of Campus Culture Based On Students' Participation

Campus culture is of big importance for the whole universities and is a reflection of cultural taste.Not only have a effective influence on universities overall ability and on the development of all groups in campus, university culture also generate important effect on outside society. Students in campus are direct effected subjects, the legal base for universities survival and also big force who contribute to campus culture construction, and who benefit form cultural construction directly. Each student’s action reflect cultural sense of universities and form basic elements for campus culture. Harmonious and positive culture can not only improve their knowledge level and overall quality,but also the level of knowledge and cultural groups of students and improve their overall quality, but also has important effect on their spirit and moral level. Attitudes towards campus culture,satisfaction on cultural construction and attendance frequency of cultural activities of students have an important role. It is worthy to note the fact that the construction of campus culture often neglect force of the student group, lacking of effective measures to mobilize students enthusiasm and initiative. Campus culture with students development, erecting survive for students ideal need learn and satisfy their need,respect fully for their ideas and interest, and to provide a platform for students development.Put students as the center of decision-making progress.In the progress of cultural construction must lay more eyes on the power of the student group, constitute more institutions and regulations to foster students development, imporving the enthusiasm of students,maximizing student role in the construction of campus culture.This paper describes the current situation in campus culture construction following next chapters Firstly, in the introduction, basing on the current situation of research literature and data,try to summary relevant concept of campus culture, carding concept of campus culture, relationship between students and cultural construction,factors insides the whole framework and the major role in this system.Secondly, this chapter analyse fully basic concept about campus culture and differentiate the co-linked concepts, analyse the theoretical base for students attendance.and find the way to imporve the interaction between students and campus culture.The first chapters mainly ues theoretical method,lying the steady base for next analyse. The third chapter using questionnaire method to learn the real force of students group to describe the current query. Learn attitudes towards campus culture, satisfaction on cultural construction and attendance frequency of cultural activities of students,collect relevant suggestions on cultural construction. Analysing data result to summary the conclusion. The forth chapter basing on the conclusion,try to find the barriers which hinder the force of students,find the elements blocking the real role of students subjectly and objectly from students and universities two aspects. The fifth chapter according to the above analyse,finding different manners to tackle this question.Trying to imporve the power of students in cultural construction in ideals regulation,input and students themselves.
