In the country to develop pre-school, pre-school three-year action plan to continue the implementation of the background of rapid development of China’s pre-school career, in rural areas, although increasing investment in preschool, pre-school resources have been abundant, but the problem of weak teachers is still very prominent. In 2010 the State Council issued "Opinions on the current development of pre-school education," and proposed policies and measures to primary and secondary school teachers in the surplus can be transferred after the training of qualified pre-school education. Reorientation teacher policies implemented over the past five years, to add a large number of rural preschool teachers need to ensure the rapid development of rural pre-school teachers in this group also makes reorientation growing concern in society.Teacher professional identity is important for teachers’ professional development, endogenous impetus to the development of the teachers themselves. In our research on teacher professional identity, the study focused on primary and secondary school teachers or other professional study of preschool teachers’ professional identity still need rich. In this study, preschool teachers in rural reorientation as the research object, through empirical research aimed reorientation of rural preschool teachers ’professional identity, proved reorientation preschool teacher professional identity problems on the promotion of early childhood teachers’professional identity reorientation strategy, help to educate administration and further enhance the rural reorientation kindergarten preschool teacher management level, to help rural reorientation preschool teachers to enhance their professional qualities, improve the quality of early childhood education in rural areas.This study uses a literature review, questionnaire and in-depth interviews. By Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province,93 in rural areas reorientation preschool teacher questionnaire and for six kindergarten teachers in-depth interviews, the system analyzes the current situation of rural reorientation preschool teacher professional identity, difference, the main problems and their causes. The study found that the overall level of professional recognition of preschool teachers in rural reorientation on the side, but in the attitude and motivation, self-evaluation of professional knowledge, professional behavioral tendencies, professional environment, identity, social status, identity development is uneven on the five dimensions. Attitudes and motivation, professional conduct orientation, social status did not identify significant differences in three dimensions, there are significant differences in the professional environment of professional identity and self-awareness evaluation. Variables which, education, job title, job, sex and the preparation, respectively reorientation of rural preschool teachers professional environment identity, self-evaluation of the level of professional recognition significantly.Combined questionnaire and interview survey information, reorientation of rural preschool teachers’ professional identity crisis mainly for professional identity, lack of motivation, professional role of cognitive fuzzy, lack of confidence in professional practice as well as practitioners of the faith is not firm. Factors reorientation of rural preschool teachers’ professional identity crisis and environmental factors, including individual aspects. At the individual level, the teacher’s personal qualities and professional beliefs and professional attitude affects teachers’ professional identity; environmental level, the lack of specificity of the object of education, cooperation inconsistent homes, school management tendency kindergarten, kindergarten hardware facilities and teachers, single, treatment and social welfare thin pre-reform implementation status of the missing objects are the main factors affecting teachers’ professional identity.Studies suggest that to improve the situation of rural reorientation preschool teacher professional identity, improve rural job transfer professionalism preschool teachers should "inside and outside alike" double double promotion optimization.
